OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERS

We try to keep the website up to date for out of stocks. When we are really busy we may get behind and you may order a item that is out of stock. You will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail if this happens.

RETURN POLICY

If necessary, any item in its original unused condition (except sale items) with tags, attached may be returned to Moose River Inc. Valid returns must be sent back to us within 10 days of our shipping date for exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and are at your expense.

Use the following procedure for returns;

To return item(s), make a copy of the packing slip receipt that was included with your original package - on this receipt write your reason for return and anything you wish to let us know. Send the item and the packing slip receipt copy to us.

Please indicate whether you prefer an exchange or credit. If exchanging, let us know what you would like by writing the name, color, size and quantity.

If shipping address will be different that original address please include new one.
